1 General Terms

If an account is registered with false information, ok9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account at any time, and the balance may be forfeited.

It is each user's responsibility to keep their login credentials completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact ok9 support immediately.

3 Deposit & Payment Rules

The following rules apply when making deposits at ok9:

• BKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are the accepted payment methods for deposits at ok9.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500, and the maximum limit is determined by your account level.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Ok9 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider's own charges may apply. Deposits are generally credited instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.

4 Withdrawal Rules & Process

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings from ok9:

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by account level.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Ok9 typically processes withdrawals within 30 minutes to 24 hours. However, large amounts or suspicious transactions may require additional verification, which can extend the processing time.

5 Bonus & Promotions Terms

All ok9 bonuses and promotional offers are provided under the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and conditions.
• Any bonus offer not used before its expiry date will be forfeited.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.
• Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household may not claim bonuses.

The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members opening an account with ok9 for the first time. If an existing account holder attempts to claim the welcome bonus by registering a new account, both accounts will be closed.

If bonus abuse or fraudulent claiming is detected, ok9 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account.

6 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ok9 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

• Ok9 is not liable for any issues caused by internet delays during live betting.

In a parlay or combo bet, if one leg is voided, the remaining legs stay active and the payout is calculated accordingly.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok9 platform:

• Collecting information through account hacking, phishing, or any other fraudulent method.
• Exploiting bonuses or promotions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using ok9 for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to manipulate the betting system using automated bots or scripts.
• Any attempt to cyber-attack or damage ok9's systems.
